1. Information we collect
When you submit a demo request, a contact message or an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company, industry, role, team size, the challenge you describe and any optional message. If a form field is optional, we mark it as optional.
2. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to understand whether Workflux fits your operation, and to prepare for a demo or consultation you have requested. We do not use enquiry details to build advertising audiences.
3. How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in the Workflux application database and access is limited to team members who need to respond. Enquiries are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while it is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to the conversation. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
5. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Use the contact form and describe your request; we will confirm once it has been actioned.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently run third-party advertising or analytics tracking. If analytics is introduced, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.
7. Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes materially, this page will be updated and the revision date above will change.
