1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Workflux website and the enquiries you submit through it. Use of the Workflux platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement provided before implementation begins.
2. Information on this website
Product descriptions describe what Workflux does today. Where a capability is not available, we state it. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a specific business result, and demonstration data shown in product previews is illustrative only.
3. Demo requests and enquiries
Submitting a demo request does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. It allows us to contact you about your enquiry. Quotations are provided in writing and only become binding when accepted in writing by both parties.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use this website to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual property
The Workflux name, interface, documentation and website content belong to Workflux. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission. Records you enter into the platform remain yours.
6. Liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Liability under a signed platform agreement is set out in that agreement.
7. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to any platform agreement will be stated in that agreement. These website terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operating location of the business.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
